HOW TO BOOK

  1.  To check availability, please call our service lines during the service hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. at 6:00 p.m. We can make your pre-reservation if you have defined the following information:
    • Travel dates.
    • Accommodation Style: Cab. El Refugio, Cab. La Mulata, Ecohotel, Hotel Río Claro.
    • Type of room.
    • Number of people.
  2. Process for pre-booking:
    • We request your personal data.
    • We provide indications of the service.
    • We report data to make the payment of 100% of the service.
  3.  Make the payment within the time indicated and send the support to the email: pagos@rioclaroreservanatural.com
  4.  Print your reservation document to present at the door and deliver at the time of "check in".
  5. In case of any doubt or concern write us to the mail: info@rioclaroreservanatural.com

 

RULES

 • Pet access is allowed only during a passing visit (1 day), access to stay with your pet is not allowed.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

(These will required be at the reception to perform Check-in ):

  • Reservation Confirmation (Document Sent by Rio Claro’s Reservation Offices)
  • Regulations and Liability Release Form (sign at Check-in).
  • Official Colombian ID/ Passport (If Foreign)
  • Active Health Insurance

  • Head flashlight per person (Hands Free)
  • Swimsuit
  • Towels
  • Water Shoes
  • Hiking Shoes
  • Sunblock and Mosquito Repellant
  • Personal hygiene accessories
  • Luggage without wheels, preferably backpacks
