Located in the central courtyard and surrounded by the lush vegetation, our restaurant offers a variety of local dishes three times a day. In line with our philosophy of inclusion, all employees at the restaurant are hired locally and empowered to learn new services. Our kitchen is directly managed by a team of local women, family heads, who we’ve accompanied in their formation as professional kitchen leaders.
